Our Mission

MW’s mission is to provide software solutions for real estate analysis and valuation. MW's solutions strike a balance between sophistication and usability with a focus on creating actionable analysis, efficiently.

The Problem:

Plainly put, sophisticated and robust discounted cash flow models require a significant amount of user-education and costs. More user-friendly modeling solutions lack the robustness to be particularly useful. However, DCF analysis is the overwhelmingly preferred method of investment analysis by investors in most markets. As a result, this form of analysis becomes a significant cost in time, resources, and money.

The Solution:

MW is the solution. Our “sandbox” approach gives you the control and freedom of spreadsheets but with purpose-built construction that eliminates the need to “build” the logic and formulaic structure from scratch. The result is a robust and sophisticated application but highly usable and with a gentler learning curve.
